Job Summary: Kiwa Product Compliance are inviting applications for the role of Inside Sales Executive to drive pipeline generation, lead qualification, and early-stage customer engagement through high-quality sales activity. In this role, you’ll convert inbound and outbound opportunities into a strong, qualified sales pipeline, supporting revenue growth across our testing, inspection, certification, and consultancy services. This is a role where your effort sets the pace, your results shape your reward, and you always know where you stand. This is a hybrid role, based in Aylesbury. About the role:
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities

Execute outbound sales campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Act as a first point of contact for inbound leads and enquiries

Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team

Prepare and follow up on quotations and support proposal development

Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity
- Produce and maintain pipeline and activity reports

Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and lead follow-up

Provide insight on lead quality, customer responses and market trends

Achieve activity and performance targets including calls, emails, and meetings booked
Do you have what it takes?:
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing commercial roles
-
Good understanding of sales processes and lead qualification

Understanding of Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Consultancy services

Familiarity with ISO 17025, UKAS standards, and quality management systems is advantageous

Confident using CRM systems such as Dynamics 365

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable engaging with customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Organised with strong attention to detail and follow-up

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven

Ability to work collaboratively within a sales and marketing environment

£37,162 per annum

Transparent commission on top of your base salary, so your effort sets your earnings (to be discussed at second interview).

37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, hybrid role
