This is an exciting opportunity to join us as part of our Events Team.
Contract type: Zero hours contract
The role includes:
- Event set-up, including laying tables and preparing for an event day
- Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Offering drinks and canapés to guests
- Serving food and clearing plates
- Supporting bar service, including serving beverages and assisting with bar operations as required
- Event clear down, including carefully packaging of event décor, and preparation for the next event
- Assisting the Wedding Planner and Team Leader in any event specific requirements
- Working as a team to provide exceptional customer service
- Any other duties reasonably requested

Requirements:
- As the majority of our events are weddings, the right candidate must have the strong understanding that we assist each couple in making their day the best it can be.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Strong problem solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Experience working in a fast paced, busy environment.
- Willing to undertake bar training and support bar service duties as required.
- Access to private transport to be able to travel to the venues.
