Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Worker to join our warehouse team. This role involves handling materials, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to perform heavy lifting safely. Duties
- Manage materials handling tasks including loading, unloading, and organising stock
- Operate forklift trucks and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently
- utilise Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory movements and updates
- Assist with picking and packing orders to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines
- Relocate Stock, maintaining organisation and accessibility
- Perform mechanical checks on equipment and report any faults or maintenance needs
- Conduct quality control inspections to uphold product standards
- Engage in heavy lifting tasks safely, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Support overall warehouse operations during night shifts to optimise productivity
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable, particularly in shipping & receiving, picking & packing, or stocking roles
- Familiarity with materials handling equipment such as forklifts is preferred; certification is a plus
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with warehouse machinery will be considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Experience in quality control processes within a logistics or warehousing environment is beneficial

We train inhouse for Forklift, Reach truck and Picking machines on top of other inhouse training.
