Overview
We are recruiting an experienced assistant Restaurant Manager to work along side our existing management team and oversee the daily operations of our establishment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and leadership, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards in food production and safety. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to supervise staff effectively and maintain a positive team environment.
Duties
- Help manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise front-of-house staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Train and mentor new and existing staff in our five star standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
This is a full time position with shift days as follows: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday.
