Numeris is a rapidly growing luxury footwear brand with a global ecommerce customer base. Our marketing strategy combines paid media with influencer partnerships, football talent, creator content and organic social media.
As the brand continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded and proactive Influencer Marketing Manager to take ownership of our influencer, gifting and PR activity.
Role Overview
The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying, building and managing relationships with influencers and creators across Instagram and TikTok.
This is a hands-on role covering influencer outreach, campaign management, gifting, content coordination and performance reporting. You will work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver influencer campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate high-quality content and contribute to commercial growth.
The ideal candidate will understand fashion, social media and creator culture, while also being highly organised and comfortable managing outreach, data and multiple campaigns at once.
Key Responsibilities Influencer Strategy and Campaign Management
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns and wider marketing objectives.
- Identify suitable influencers, creators, footballers and talent across Instagram and TikTok.
- Manage influencer campaigns from initial outreach and negotiation through to content publication and reporting.
- Create clear influencer briefs covering campaign messaging, content requirements and deadlines.
- Build a balanced influencer network across gifted, paid, affiliate and long-term partnerships.
- Develop strong relationships with high-performing creators, talent managers and agencies.
- Maintain an influencer campaign calendar covering launches, gifting activity and key marketing dates.
Influencer Outreach and Relationship Management
- Conduct large-scale, personalised outreach to creators across Instagram, TikTok and email.
- Manage inbound influencer enquiries, direct messages and partnership requests.
- Build and maintain an organised influencer database.
- Manage ongoing influencer communication, follow-ups and relationship development.
- Identify creators who strongly align with the Numeris brand, customer and visual identity.
- Maintain accurate records of contact information, shoe sizes, addresses, previous activity and campaign performance.
Commercial and Partnership Management
- Negotiate influencer fees, deliverables, posting schedules, exclusivity and content usage rights.
- Manage influencer and gifting budgets effectively.
- Assess influencer opportunities based on audience quality, engagement, content quality and expected commercial value.
- Identify which influencer relationships should be retained, scaled, renegotiated or discontinued.
- Ensure paid and gifted partnerships are properly agreed, recorded and delivered.
Gifting, Sendouts and PR
- Coordinate influencer gifting, product sendouts and PR packages.
- Work closely with the warehouse and wider team to ensure products are sent accurately and on time.
- Manage product selections, delivery information, addresses and shoe sizes.
- Track gifting deliveries, outstanding content and agreed posting deadlines.
- Monitor gifting stock and ensure products are allocated to the most relevant creators.
- Support PR activity, events and talent seeding where required.
Content and Brand Management
- Monitor influencer content to ensure it meets campaign briefs and brand standards.
- Review content before publication where required.
- Secure permission and usage rights for influencer content to be used across social media, paid advertising, email and the Numeris website.
- Identify high-performing creator content that can be repurposed across Numeris marketing channels.
- Work with the paid social team to identify content suitable for advertising and amplification.
- Ensure influencer activity complies with advertising disclosure requirements.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Collect, organise and analyse influencer campaign performance data.
- Track metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, content views, link clicks, attributed revenue and return on influencer spend.
- Produce weekly and monthly influencer performance reports.
- Analyse performance by creator, platform, campaign, market and content type.
- Use data and campaign insights to improve future creator selection, outreach and campaign briefs.
- Monitor competitor influencer activity and identify emerging trends, creators and opportunities.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, talent management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current creator trends.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident managing multiple campaigns, tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases and performance reports.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to assess creators beyond follower count.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent product launches and changing priorities.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience working within fashion, footwear, luxury, ecommerce or a related industry.
- Existing relationships with fashion influencers, footballers, stylists, talent managers or agencies.
- Experience negotiating influencer fees, campaign deliverables and usage rights.
- Understanding of influencer attribution, affiliate marketing and campaign performance metrics.
- Experience using influencer marketing, affiliate or social media reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of paid social advertising and creator content amplification.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, highly organised and genuinely interested in fashion and influencer marketing.
You will be confident building relationships, chasing deliverables and making decisions about which creators are right for the brand. You should be equally comfortable managing hundreds of influencer contacts in a spreadsheet as you are communicating directly with talent and agencies.
This role would suit someone who wants to take ownership of influencer activity within a fast-growing brand and help build a structured, measurable and scalable influencer marketing function.
