Job Title: Senior Nursery Practitioner
We are seeking a senior/room leader who has experience and a genuine love for working in early years.
The appointable candidate will have excellent communications skills and be able to lead a team.
Roles and responsibilities- Lead a team in delivering consistent routines, engaging activities and providing excellent parent partnership.
To support in individual child development and mentor practitioners in providing individual development plans for their key children.
To identify areas of development within the environment and routines and plan for development through supporting teams effectively.
You must have previous experience of working within the early years sector and hold a minimum of a relevant level 3 childcare qualification in early years.
