We're looking for a Technical Process Design Manager to join our growing wastewater engineering team. You'll be responsible for designing and optimising industrial effluent treatment solutions from feasibility through to commissioning, supporting clients across a range of sectors while ensuring compliance, efficiency and technical excellence.
Role Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of industrial wastewater and effluent treatment plants from concept through to detailed design.
Produce and optimise process calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications and chemical dosing regimes.
Support project delivery, commissioning and troubleshooting activities while working closely with clients, project teams and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience designing industrial wastewater or effluent treatment systems, with strong knowledge of treatment technologies, process optimisation and treatment chemistry.
Able to work independently, manage technical decisions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
