Job Summary
We are looking for an organised, proactive and professional Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to our busy Pest Control division.
The Pest Team Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department, coordinating between clients, pest control technicians, suppliers, the Operations Manager and Directors.
This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients regarding appointments, access arrangements, service requirements, follow-up visits and general enquiries.
- Coordinating the diaries and workloads of pest control technicians to ensure appointments and works are scheduled efficiently.
- Communicating regularly with the pest team regarding job requirements, changes to schedules, client instructions and operational matters.
- Monitoring jobs from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring outstanding actions and follow-up visits are progressed promptly.
- Maintaining accurate client, site and job records on company systems.
- Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring enquiries and requests are responded to or allocated appropriately.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider business and Directors when required.
- The role will include participation in the company's on-call rota, expected to be approximately one week per month. Full details of the on-call arrangements and additional payment will be provided separately.

Experience
Previous experience within an administrative, scheduling, coordination or customer-service role would be advantageous.
Experience within pest control, facilities management, property services, maintenance or a similar service-based industry would be beneficial but is not essential, as appropriate training can be provided.
Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
