Welcome to Little Nest Ltd, a brand-new, purpose-built nursery committed to providing a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can flourish. We are now recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our growing team.

The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Provide safe, caring, and stimulating early years experiences in line with the EYFS 2025 framework.
- Plan, deliver, and assess a rich curriculum tailored to meet the needs of individual children.
- Promote children’s development through purposeful play, encouraging curiosity, independence, and confidence.
- Maintain accurate and meaningful records, including learning journals and assessments.
- Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure safeguarding and health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.
- Work collaboratively with your room team and support the day-to-day running of your room.
What We’re Looking For
- A full and relevant Level2/ 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent).
- A Full Paediatric First Aid training preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in an early years setting (preferred but not essential for outstanding candidates).
- A sound understanding of the EYFS, child development, and safeguarding procedures.
- A kind, nurturing, and professional approach with a genuine love for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Key Details
- Job Type: Permanent
- Working Pattern: Term-Time Only (Monday to Friday)
- Working Hours: 25-40 hours per week between 7:30-6pm
