This unique programme supports aspiring leaders in building the confidence, skills and networks needed to progress into senior roles.
Who It's For
Colleagues who have reached a first-time management role or who have been promoted into a managerial role within the last 18 months and aspire to reach senior management level.

Approx. 6 months
Format
6 interactive development sessions (3 hours each)
Reverse mentoring with a senior leader from another organisation
Executive sponsorship from a senior leader within your organisation
Peer Accountability Groups (PAGs) for support and reflection
Networking, role model discussions and career development activities

Your Commitment
Commit to the full 6‑month programme
Attend at least 80% of live sessions
Take part in: Monthly Peer Accountability Group meetings
Monthly Executive Sponsor check-ins
Minimum 3 reverse mentoring sessions
Take ownership of your learning, development and career progression throughout the programme
Complete any pre-work and actively engage in all sessions
Your Line Manager's Commitment
Attend key programme sessions (kick-off, mid-point and graduation)
Hold monthly development conversations with the participant
Provide ongoing support, feedback and opportunities to apply learning
Actively champion the participant's growth and career progression
