Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Manger to join our team at our site based within Cranfield Innovation Centre (MK43 0BT). The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards.
The Role:
- Ensuring duties are performed correctly according to health and safety requirements
- Ensure the already high standards are maintained across the sites.
- Ensure health and safety and environmental regimes and policies are strictly adhered to.
- Ensure rostered duties are covered and attended promptly on site.
- Ensure that all accidents and incidents are reported to line manager.
- Be vigilant and report any potential risks and hazards to line manager.
- Ensure stocks are maintained, making sure to communicate requirements to line manager.

- Operate and be competent in the use of all relevant site-based equipment, including that of the clients. Ensure all equipment and materials are managed in accordance with working procedures.
-To develop and maintain a successful working relationship with the customer to ensure that their expectations are met whilst working to the defined specifications.
-To complete and process all necessary paperwork accurately and on time, providing sign off for completed tasks where required.
-To ensure that all equipment, materials and machinery are available, in good working order, are kept clean and used in a safe manner.
-To ensure that all staff have the correct workwear and PPE and are dressed appropriately to reflect the brand of BFML.
- To actively identify and encourage the team to identify improved productive working methods to progress productivity or standards, sharing these ideas with your line Manager.
-To actively support the installation of any productivity or improvements with your team in agreement with your line Manager.
-To support the recruitment process, ensuring adherence to BFML recruitment process and standards at all times.
- To train and induct all staff in their role to the standards expected the values of BFML and company policies, procedures and guidelines and the maintenance of all training records.

Role is made up of:
- Hours - 15 Hours per week
- Shifts - Monday - Friday 18:00-21:00
- Pay rate - £14.80
- Monthly pay
- Holidays - to be confirmed
- Full uniform & PPE provided
- Full training provided
