Job Title: Baker
Central Kitchen Location: Central Kitchen – Maple Leaf Business Park, Ramsgate, CT12 5GD
Hours: 5am shift or 7am shift
Pay: £13.5 – £16 per hour (depending on experience)
About Us
We’re a brand-new small bakery opening in Margate Old Town, specialising only in fresh buns — from classic cinnamon buns to a variety of flavours and styles. Our central kitchen is based at Maple Leaf Business Park, Ramsgate.
The Role
- Produce high-quality buns (cinnamon buns and other varieties) consistently.
- Oversee dough prep, proofing, baking, and finishing.
- Work independently during early morning shifts.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ bakery experience, ideally with buns/pastry.
- Skilled in dough handling and baking.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused.
