Waterman Tree Co is a compliance-led, risk-first tree surgery and arboricultural contractor working a proper mix of commercial and domestic sites, no two weeks the same. We don't treat the people on the tools as replaceable. Show up, give 100%, and you share in what we build.
We're looking for an experienced climber who also runs the site: an elite operative who takes full ownership of job delivery, the crew and the client.
What you'll be doing:
- Running a crew on site and owning the job from arrival to sign-off
- Elite-level climbing and dismantling on the most demanding work
- On-site health and safety, RAMS and the daily briefing
- Job planning, efficiency, quality and margin awareness
- Client interface and professionalism
- Mentoring and developing the team
What you'll need:
- CS38 and CS39, current and in date
- Aerial rescue current
- CS30 and CS31
- Independent across complex rigging, able to lead the rig
- Emergency first aid at work (forestry +F preferred)
- Proven experience running a crew and delivering jobs start to finish
- Full UK driving licence, B+E an advantage
