You will need:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification — CACHE, BTEC, NVQ, NCFE or equivalent
- Experience working with children aged 0–5
- A passion for early years education and child development
- An Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one
- The right to work in the UK
