Patrol Officer Required – Weekly Void Property Inspection (VPI)

£18.00–£25.00 per VPI (depending on experience and suitability)
We are currently recruiting a reliable Patrol Officer to carry out a weekly Void Property Inspection (VPI) at the above location.
Duties
- Conduct a weekly inspection of the vacant property.
- Complete and submit inspection reports accurately.
- Report any security concerns or incidents immediately.
- Ensure the property remains secure during each visit.
Schedule:
This is a recurring weekly assignment. The inspection can be completed on any weekday, provided it is carried out before Saturday each week.
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
- Previous experience in the security industry.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
Pay: £18.00-£25.00 per day
