Ashville College, Harrogate, is looking to appoint two Estates Officers to join our busy Estates Team.
The successful candidates will need to provide efficient and effective operational support to the school ensuring that the security, maintenance and general appearance of the buildings are maintained in accordance with the required standards.
Previous experience in a similar post, such as handyperson with experience of caretaking/maintenance work and working within a team are required for these roles. These are varied and physically demanding posts that will need flexibility and the ability and willingness to learn new skills.
Both roles are full-time, working 35 hours per week, full year. There is also a requirement to be on-call on a 1 in 6 rota. The salary for the roles is £27,354 plus the on-call allowance of £4.00 per hour, which would equate to an extra £3,485 per annum.
