Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing rental payments, reconciliations, invoicing and Landlord reporting. Full training provided. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with a keen eye for accuracy and strong organisational skills.
Duties
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is correctly entered into the system
- Preparing Landlord statements and financial reports
- Monitor outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Provide general office administration support
About You
- Organised, accurate and detail-focused
- Strong numerical and administrative skills
- Good communication and IT skills
- Finance, bookkeeping, accounts or admin experience desirable but not essential
