We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to manage and run the recall system at Strawberry Hill Medical Centre. This will involve running searches from our clinical system and contacting patients so that they can be booked into the appropriate clinical slots for their annual reviews. You will also be involved with the recall of the Baby Immunisation and Seasonal Vaccination programs. You will be working within the care coordination team aiming to provide the best access to health care to all patients particularly the vulnerable groups. Independent working will be encouraged whilst full training and support will be provided.
You will have good IT, communication and telephone skills.
The right candidate will be looking to work 25-37.5 hours per week.
