Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Early Years Educator level 2 /3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, ensuring their safety, development, and well-being. The Early Years Educator will work closely with children, parents, and other staff members to create an engaging learning atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in children.
- Manage daily routines and ensure the smooth operation of the nursery environment.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build positive relationships.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their child's development.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other educators to develop innovative teaching strategies that cater to individual children's needs.
- Drive initiatives that encourage parental involvement in their child's learning journey.
Experience
- Previous experience in childcare or early years education is essential.
- A willingness to commit to continued professional development.
- A background in nursery settings is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English is required for clear communication with children and parents alike.
- A genuine passion for working with children and understanding their developmental needs is crucial.
