Salary: Starting at £28,500 per annum, with excellent benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a paid lunch break

A Contracts and Compliance Administrator to support the organisation in ensuring all patient pathways and procedures comply with contractual requirements, commissioning policies and national guidance.
The role involves
Monitoring compliance with procedures of limited clinical value (PLCV) and Evidence Based Interventions (EBI) criteria across multiple Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), ensuring patients meet eligibility requirements before treatment. Ensuring clinical documentation is accurate, contracts are managed effectively and all required reporting and compliance processes are maintained. The post holder will also oversee the management of Trust contract trackers, ensuring patients are treated within the timeframes requested by partner Trusts.
The successful candidate
You will be an excellent communicator, and a highly organised individual, who is able to remain calm and juggle competing priorities. You will be confident in managing and resolving conflict professionally and be able to build good working relationships at all levels across the organisation, as well as external stakeholders. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, pro-active, and able to use their own initiative. You should be a strong team player, and respect and adhere to the organisations culture and values.
Knowledge and skills
To apply for this position, candidates must have a background within office administration and ideally experience within a medical environment. It is essential that candidates are IT literate and can use Microsoft office packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
