Responsibilities
- Lead by example with expert styling, barbering, makeup application, and eyelash extension services to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage daily store operations, including front desk duties such as appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and payment processing.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior stylists and team members to promote skill development and professional growth.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client experience and increase revenue opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health and safety standards at all times.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and providing personalized recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to foster a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
Experience
- Proven experience in store management within the beauty or grooming industry.
- Skilled in barbering techniques with a strong portfolio of haircutting styles.
- Expertise in makeup application tailored for various occasions.
- Proficient in eyelash extensions application with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services naturally within client consultations.
- Prior experience working at the front desk or handling customer service interactions is highly desirable.

Pay: £25,420.00-£48,330.37 per year
