About the Role
We are looking for a talented and driven E-Commerce & Digital Content Executive to take ownership of our online stores and digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in managing our Shopify websites, creating high-quality product content, and driving online sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our e-commerce platforms, product listings, website content, and digital imagery. You will work closely with management to ensure our brands are presented to the highest standards and continue to grow their online presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesShopify & Website Management
- Manage and maintain Shopify stores and company websites.
- Upload and manage products, collections, pricing, and inventory.
- Create and optimise product descriptions and website content.
- Monitor website performance and user experience.
- Implement website improvements to increase conversions and sales.
- Manage promotions, landing pages, banners, and featured collections.
- Ensure all website content remains accurate and up to date.
Product Photography & Image Creation
- Photograph products to a professional standard.
- Edit and enhance product images using Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar software.
- Create website banners, promotional graphics, and marketing materials.
- Produce lifestyle imagery and visual content for website and social media use.
- Generate AI-enhanced marketing images where appropriate.
- Ensure all imagery aligns with company branding and luxury presentation standards.
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Optimise product listings for search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor website traffic and conversion rates.
- Produce performance reports and recommendations.
E-Commerce Operations
- Monitor customer orders and website functionality.
- Assist with online customer enquiries.
- Ensure stock information is correctly displayed.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to maintain product information.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience managing Shopify stores.
- Experience with website content management systems.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.
- Experience creating and editing professional product images.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.
- Strong copywriting and product description skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with luxury goods, jewellery, bullion, fashion, or high-value products.
- Knowledge of Shopify themes and customisation.
- Basic HTML, CSS, or web design knowledge.
- Experience with AI image generation tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Social media content creation experience.

Ideal Candidate
This role would suit someone who has previously managed a Shopify store, understands online retail, can create professional product imagery, and enjoys taking ownership of an e-commerce operation from product creation through to sale.
