Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, creativity, and consistency
- Follow established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards to ensure quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food storage and equipment sanitation
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and health standards at all times
- Assist in meal preparation for different service periods, including breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts
- Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and support a positive kitchen environment
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices
- Experience working in fast-paced kitchens with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with serving procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Previous kitchen experience demonstrating reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail is preferred
