Furniture Delivery Driver (2-Man Team)

Join Boxmove and help support 35+ UK charities by collecting and delivering donated furniture. This is a hands-on, physical role involving regular lifting and carrying, working as part of a 2-man team.
This role is for people who live in the advertised local area.
Your workday starts from home, and you must live close to your teammate to allow home pick-up.
Important Location Requirement
- You must live in the area where this role is advertised
- You must live within 20 minutes of your teammate
- Start and finish each day from home — no depot travel
Applications from outside the area cannot be progressed.

The Role (Physical Work)
- Daily lifting, carrying, and moving of furniture (sofas, beds, wardrobes, tables)
- Collect and deliver furniture to homes and charity shops
- Safely load, secure, and unload items
- Use correct manual handling techniques
- Check donations meet quality and fire-label standards
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
Hours
- 4/5 days per week (most Saturdays included, some Sundays)
- 35–45 hours per week
- Starts 6:30–7:30am, finishes 5:30–6:30pm
- Pick-up from home
Pay and Benefits
- Zero travel costs
- Keep 100% of customer tips (typically £20+ per week)
- 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Driving Requirements
- Full UK licence held for 2+ years
- No more than 6 points
- No accidents or insurance claims in the last 5 years
- Able to pass a DBS check
