Support improvements to data quality and consistency across the product organisation
Learn how AI, automation and digital tools can make reporting, analysis and everyday work easier, and how to use them responsibly, accurately and with good judgement
Help teams plan, track and deliver product initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SharePoint and other product operations platforms
Work with stakeholders across Product, Operations and beyond to understand what information they need, sharing useful data, reporting and operational insight

Are interested in AI and automation, and how they can be used responsibly
Can explain information clearly in writing and conversation
Are organised, careful and comfortable paying attention to detail
Are keen to learn, ask for help and build confidence, using feedback to keep improving
Can manage your time and balance work with apprenticeship learning
