We are a friendly, nurturing nursery committed to providing a safe, stimulating and supportive environment where children can learn, grow and thrive. We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, working as part of a team to deliver high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with EYFS
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Observe, assess and record children’s development
- Ensure a safe, clean and stimulating environment
- Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (essential)
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, caring and proactive approach
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
