Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform masonry, carpentry, roofing, and welding tasks with accuracy and safety.
- Construct, repair, and restore structures using bricklaying, masonry techniques, and other building methods.
- Prepare surfaces and materials for installation or repair by measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling components.
- Follow detailed blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of debris.
- Conduct safety inspections regularly to adhere to health and safety regulations on site.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for various construction tasks.
- Strong knowledge of bricklaying, masonry techniques, carpentry, roofing systems, and welding processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding manual labor in different weather conditions.

- Prior experience in construction or related trades is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated learners.
