If the answers are yes, we are hiring for a Production Co-Ordinator on behalf of a specialist engineering organisation delivering bespoke technical equipment to customers across the UK and internationally.
Experience within a production, manufacturing, engineering or fabrication environment
Strong planning and organisational skills
Experience coordinating projects, production schedules or site activities
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, suppliers and customers
Knowledge of quality, health & safety and operational procedures
A proactive approach with the confidence to solve problems and drive progress
High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality outcomes
Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas when required
- £35,000 to £40,000 salary with regular reviews as you grow within the role

Engineering qualification such as BTEC, HNC or HND
Experience within fabrication, facilities management or quality assurance
Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 or ISO45001 standards
Experience creating Method Statements and Risk Assessments
IOSH Managing Safely qualification
Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Experience maintaining mechanical equipment or systems
Coordinate fabrication and production activities to support project delivery
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered to schedule, quality and cost targets
Support equipment assembly, testing and commissioning activities
Provide regular updates on production progress
Coordinate servicing, maintenance and repair of equipment and instrumentation
Support customer installations and commissioning projects in the UK and overseas
Conduct site inspections and promote safe working practices
Maintain equipment, stock and asset records
Support audits and compliance activities
Review and improve production methods, processes and procedures
Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and internal teams
