Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across our client's premises. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a tidy environment. The position is paid and suitable for applicants with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Prior experience is not essential, as training will be provided to ensure you perform your duties effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Ensure waste disposal is carried out efficiently and responsibly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans when required
Qualifications
- Basic communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact politely with colleagues and clients
- Previous experience in cleaning or similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team setting
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction during interactions
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with management

Pay: £12.71 per hour
