Experienced Senior Waitress or Waiter, must have at least 2 years previous experience working in high end London hospitality , wanted to join the restaurant/ bar team for a Full Time position , 40 hours per week , 3 x Breakfast Service shifts and some late finishes but other shift patterns will be available as the needs of the business require at the Wild Heart Bar and Shokudu , based on the ground floor of a 30 bedroom boutique hotel with its own very music industry and high profile clientele in the heart of Soho.
Knowledge of serving drinks and making cocktails essential
Successful candidates will work closely with the Managers , Director and Events Team in delivering the highest levels of service and presentation.
Ideal for someone who is enthusiastic , career motivated and has initiative wanting to develop their profile in the leisure industry .
This is very much a hands on position including taking and delivering orders , making teas , coffees , serving drinks and making cocktails
Shift Patterns :
start time 6.30am - finish time 3.00pm
start time 3.00pm - finish time 11.00pm
Based on 5 x 8 hour shifts per working week
