What You Need (Requirements)
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Must be DfE-approved)
- Direct experience leading a room or mentoring staff in a nursery setting
- Deep practical knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding standards
- Exceptional communication skills with a warm, caring approach
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your room team, managing daily schedules and routines
- Oversee observations, assessments, and creative educational planning
- Keep the room safe, highly organized, and engaging for early learners
- Build trusted partnerships with parents and families through regular updates
