Job Summary

Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions promptly and accurately
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is up-to-date and correct
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports
- Manage general administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and scheduling appointments
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing reports and summaries
- Collaborate with external accountants or auditors during financial reviews or audits
Experience
- Prior experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is highly preferred
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and managing invoices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial documentation standards
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for specific software tools
