Treatment room rental for self-employed massage therapists at Feel Good Balham
We are looking for qualified massage therapists to join our community in Balham, London SW12. Feel Good Balham is an established holistic therapy centre, located a five-minute walk from the tube and train station. We have operated here for over 13 years and have a steady, local client base.
The Space and Practice The centre provides a calm, professional environment for both therapists and clients. You will be responsible for your own marketing and building your client list. To support you, we help raise your profile through our website, window space, and monthly newsletter.
Rental Options We offer two rental structures depending on your current needs:
- Ad Hoc Room Rental: Rent a room by the hour, subject to availability. This option offers flexibility with no long-term commitment.
- Contracted Room Rental: This option provides a guaranteed room during your chosen hours at a lower rate.
Contracted therapists receive:
- Reduced room rates
- A guaranteed room during your contracted hours
- Access to our online booking system to manage your appointments
- A profile page on our website
- Space to display a poster in our window
- Opportunities to contribute articles to our monthly newsletter
- Towels (one per hour) and couch roll
New contracted therapists begin with a four-week ad hoc period to help you establish your marketing while only paying for the hours you use. Following this, the contract moves to a rolling two-month agreement.
Our Facilities We have six comfortable, well-equipped rooms:
- Two talking therapy rooms with frosted privacy windows
- Four bodywork rooms with professional electric treatment beds
Our reception is staffed during all opening hours, and WiFi is provided.
Opening Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 10:30am – 9:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 6:30pm
- Sunday: 11:00am – 3:00pm
Requirements We welcome therapists who are skilled, professional, and comfortable working independently. You will need:
- A Massage Qualification at Level 3 or above
- Proficiency in Anatomy and Physiology
- Clear, professional communication skills
- The ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs
- A proactive approach to managing and building your own practice
Please note that all bodywork therapists complete a trial treatment as part of the application process to ensure consistent standards of care.
