Job Description
LCM Healthcare Services Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Health Data Analyst to transform healthcare information into meaningful insights that support clinical excellence and informed decision-making. Working closely with operational leaders, clinicians, and quality teams, you will analyse healthcare datasets, identify performance trends, and develop evidence-based reports that enhance patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and organisational planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and interpret clinical, operational, and population health data from multiple healthcare systems.
- Develop interactive dashboards, performance scorecards, and analytical reports for leadership and healthcare teams.
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that support service improvement, patient safety, and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with quality improvement and clinical departments to measure key healthcare performance indicators.
- Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and governance of healthcare data in accordance with UK data protection requirements.
- Support statutory reporting, audit activities, and research initiatives through accurate data analysis.
- Recommend data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, resource allocation, and healthcare service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in health analytics, business intelligence, healthcare informatics, or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar analytical and visualisation tools.
- Knowledge of NHS data standards, healthcare performance metrics, and data governance principles is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) or healthcare information systems is highly desirable.

Pay: £3,800.00-£4,500.00 per month
