We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Support Administrator to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in HR and administration, working within a dynamic and supportive environment.
As part of the role, you will be supported in working towards a Level 3 HR Support Qualification - gaining valuable knowledge and experience across various administrative and HR functions.

Key Points
- Minimum Level 4 in Maths and English Language at GCSE
- Some prior office administration experience is desirable but not essential
- The Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship is a full time, 18 month fixed-term position, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time permanent position with PH ActiveEd depending on performance and demand for our services
- This role is office based at our Head Office in Melksham, Wiltshire

- Basic salary £15,600, rising to the appropriate National Minimum/Living Wage rate for your age after 12 months

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support within HR and Onboarding Team
- Deliver day-to-day HR admin support for the wider team
- Liaise with Operations Managers across our different geographical locations
- Ensure all DBS checks are processed and recorded appropriately
- Assist in the preparation and booking of training courses and delegate materials
- Support internal project work and maintain accurate documentation
- Respond to telephone calls promptly and in line with company standards
- Take initiative to support the team and contribute to smooth operations
- Assist with elements of the recruitment process where needed
- Contribute to ad hoc administrative projects supporting business growth
- Carry out research and share learning across the organisation
- Ensure compliance with company policies - especially in Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities and Confidentiality
