The Bar Manager will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food service, mixology, and wine.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
