About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales & Sales Administrator to support the growth of our vending business by driving sales of our wholesale product range. This role combines proactive outbound sales activity with essential sales administration, helping to develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Telesales & Business Development
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote wholesale products and special offers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales and customer retention.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to maximise revenue and account value.
- Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain an up-to-date recall list of customers within the CRM system.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor stock availability and communicate product updates to customers.
- Assist with website development to implement online shopping in 2027
Sales Administration
- Prepare and process sales orders from the business development managers
- Prepare lease and contract paperwork with accuracy for completion by the customer
- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing information, and sales activity logs.
- Produce sales reports and performance updates for management.
- Support account onboarding and customer setup processes.
- Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone and email.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in telesales, internal sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Experience within wholesale, food & beverage, vending, FMCG, or distribution sectors is desirable.
