We are looking for a someone who is caring, playful, understanding to join us in our care home for children with Learning Disabilities.

Preference will be given to those who have worked with Learning Disabilities (Adults or children) and Residential Care homes.
Your Role
Care and make a homely environment for children whilst encouraging independence and choice.
We currently have 1 senior position available: 40 hours per week.
Here are some of the skills were looking for :
- Leading shifts and supervising a team members.
- Organising and accompanying resident's on social activities and medical appointments.
- Support staff supervisions.
- Maintaining and writing personal centred care plans.
- Ordering new medications, booking out medication, stock checks, Mars sheets etc.
- Conduct financial audits.
- Working closely with the management team to ensure the service maintains excellent standards.
- Safeguarding
You need to be flexible to work different days and times of the week. You will also be required to sleep-in.

- £13.27 an hour
- Must be age 21 or over
- Good verbal and writing skills, and computer literate.
