Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Registrar to join our Childcare organisation. The Registrar will be responsible for maintaining accurate Parent and Child records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the registration processes, from answering first contact emails, booking viewing appointments ,conducting viewing appointments.
- including enrolment, setting selection, and fee payment
- Maintain and update care plan records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with all Nursery settings to schedule settling sessions and Start dates.
- Provide guidance to Families about our policies and procedures
- Generate reports on Care plans and quotes.
- Update the work flow to ensure continuity of contact from first contact to start date.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role within an educational setting
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using our information systems and databases
- Understanding of data protection regulations in an educational context
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
