About the role:
Provide an outstanding service to ensure a well-maintained and safe environment for all our customers and team making sure facilities and equipment are well maintained on a day-to-day basis. Candidate must have previous experience in maintenance. Caravan and lodge park experience preferred but not essential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Ensuring status of jobs is reported to admin/manager in a timely manner.
· Carry out maintenance, repair, and renewal jobs within the park.
· Respond promptly to reactive maintenance tasks and customer problems.
· Where required execute electrical, plumbing and joinery jobs whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines at all time.
· Examine any reported faults or breakages then repair them to a high standard, sourcing any parts required, recording action taken and liaising with other team as required.
· Maintain vehicle in a good state of cleanliness inside and out and driving at legal and appropriate speeds.
· Will be working 5 days out of seven with alternate rota on weekends.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Electrical/plumbing/joinery experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Skilled handyperson.
- Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised.
- Self-motivated and organised.
- Team player and a positive attitude.

Schedule:
- 5-day working week
- Weekend working on a rota with other team members
- Be part of an on call rota

- Maintenance: At least 3 years in a similar role
- Experience in Joinery, plumbing and minor electrical
- Skilled handyperson with ability to problem solve
