We're expanding our subcontractor network and looking for experienced freelance property photographers who also produce floorplans on site, covering residential properties across London.
This is for established operators only. You must already be doing combined photography and floorplan work to a professional standard and be ready to start accepting jobs straight away. We don't provide training, and we don't take on photo-only or floorplan-only applicants — both are essential.
The role:
- Photograph residential properties across London
- Produce accurate hand-drawn floorplans on site with thorough measurements and internal dominant face (IDF) measurements (we will explain these as they aren't common)
- Deliver raw photos and floorplans — we handle all post-production
- Accept and turn jobs around quickly
Essential — you won't be taken on without these:
- Proven, current experience in both property photography AND neat, drawn floorplans
- Confident producing clear, accurate floorplans with IDF and thorough measurements
- Full-frame DSLR or mirrorless camera with a 12–24mm wide-angle lens (14mm at the bottom end is the minimum)
- Tripod
- Fast, reliable communication and quick response times
- Ability to travel across London
- Fast, reliable turnaround on file delivery
A strong advantage:
- Experience producing EPCs
- Willingness to cover all London postcodes

Pay: Subcontract, paid per job. Typical monthly earnings range from £2,000 to £7,000+ depending on how many jobs you accept, your availability, and the services you provide. Our top earners are those who communicate fast and well, and accept jobs quickly.

- Rely solely on LiDAR/scanning apps and can't draw floorplans with measurements
- Need training or are still building your experience
- Can't respond quickly or commit to fast turnarounds
