As Manager, you will:-
- Be experienced in the Licensed Trade.
- Play a pivotal role covering all areas including training and retention, providing leadership, motivation, direction and support.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- A keen eye regarding events and promotions to increase footfall and productivity will also be useful.
- Manage certain operational and administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Ensure that excellent customer service and quality are delivered at all times.
