Senior Chef de Partie - FulL TIME, PERMANENT
£17.50 - £19.25p/h inc tronc
Must be able to start 3rd August 2026

What we’re looking for:
· Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or strong CDP in a reputable restaurant or hotel kitchen
· Strong cooking skills and a genuine passion for quality ingredients and great food
· Confidence running a section during busy services
· Good understanding of food safety, kitchen standards and cleanliness
· Ability to stay calm, organised and professional under pressure
· Clear communication and a positive team attitude
· Strong attention to detail and pride in consistency and presentation
· A reliable, hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider kitchen team where needed
This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of their section, cares about the food they send out and wants to be part of an exciting new opening in London.
