Role Overview We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of YEM's programmes. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys structure, strategic thinking, and hands-on delivery in equal measure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Implement changes and adjustments as projects evolve
- Provide strategic direction across programmes and initiatives
- Lead on planning, including setting clear goals and objectives Skills & Experience
- Genuine passion for youth development and working with young people
- Understanding of development environments
- Willingness to learn new approaches and adapt working style to the team's needs
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
- Quick and accurate grasp of instructions and requirements
- Strong team player who values collaboration
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
