Service Manager – Specialist Supported Living Services
Are you an experienced leader in health and social care, passionate about making a difference to people’s lives? We are looking for a Service Manager to join our supported living services in Stafford
In this role, you will provide clear and structured leadership to your team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and support is delivered to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities or acquired brain injuries.
An Enhanced DBS check will be required before starting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management of supported living services
- Ensure safeguarding is prioritised and all concerns are reported promptly
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver excellent person-centred care
- Lead staff in supporting individuals to live fulfilling lives based on their needs and aspirations
- Carry out risk assessments and ensure these are implemented effectively
- Work with external professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for service users
- Promote a professional image and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and health services
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other relevant regulations
About You
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with experience in managing teams
- Qualified to at least Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3/4 or Diploma in Leadership & Management Level 5 desirable)
- Previous experience in supported living or residential services preferred
- Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs is desirable
- Committed to ongoing training and development
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding role
