**Practice Location:** 35 King St, Thetford IP24 2AX
**Shifts:**
- Monday: 09.00 - 17.30
- Tuesday: 09.00 - 17.30
- Wednesday: 09.00 - 17.30
- Thursday: 09.00 - 17.30
- Friday: 09.00 - 17.30
**UDAs:** 5500
**UDA Value:** Up to £17 per UDA
**Relocation Bonus:**
- £20,000 joining bonus (subject to a 2-year tie-in period)
- £30,000 joining bonus (subject to a 3-year tie-in period)
**Mentoring Fees:** £500 per mentee mentored
**Start Date:** 10th August 2026
