We’re looking for someone to manage incoming bookings and customer enquiries across both of our sites from our central control room.
This is a key role within the business and would suit someone who:
- Enjoys organisation and structure
- Can think ahead and prioritise
- Is confident dealing with customers and technicians
- Works well under pressure without creating pressure
The Role
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Taking incoming bookings and enquiries
- Managing workshop diaries across both sites
- Coordinating bookings with the workshop teams
- Helping ensure jobs are booked correctly and efficiently
- Keeping customers updated where required
- Supporting front of house operations
You’ll play an important part in keeping the business organised and running smoothly day to day.
Working Environment
A brand new private office has recently been built for this role, giving a quieter and more focused environment away from the main front desk.
You’ll work closely with management, front of house and workshop teams across both sites.

What we’re looking for
Experience in the motor trade is preferred, particularly:
- Service advisor
- Booking controller
- Front of house
- Fleet coordination
However, attitude and organisation are just as important as experience.
You’ll need:
- Strong communication skills
- Good computer confidence
- Ability to multitask
- Calm approach under pressure
- Good common sense and problem solving ability
