The Opportunity
Job Solutions Ltd are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join a successful and growing self-storage business based in Bridgwater.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, customer-focused individual who enjoys speaking with people and has a strong sales and service approach.
The Role
You will handle customer enquiries, convert enquiries into bookings and support customers throughout their storage journey, while working towards sales and customer service targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries by telephone, email and online
- Convert enquiries into reservations and move-ins
- Make outbound calls to follow up quotations and potential customers
- Promote additional products and services
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Deal with customer queries and complaints professionally
- Complete customer onboarding, contracts and move-out processes
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM systems
- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments where required
- Support sales, retention and occupancy targets
- Work towards individual KPIs and performance targets
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or a contact centre environment
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- A confident and professional manner
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- The ability to work towards targets and KPIs
- Good IT and CRM skills
- A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
Previous experience in self-storage, retail, property, hospitality or another customer-facing environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
