Forklift Driver Required in Hailsham
We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy residential construction site in Hailsham, East Sussex.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a leading construction company, working on a well-established housing development.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a telehandler/forklift safely and efficiently on site
- Loading, unloading, and distributing materials around the development
- Assisting site management and trades with material deliveries
- Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting defects
- Maintaining safe working practices at all times
- Supporting the site team with general logistics duties when required
RequirementsEssential
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler/Forklift Ticket
- Previous experience operating a forklift on a construction site
- Full PPE
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Reliable and professional approach to work
Desirable
- Experience on residential housing developments
- Ability to assist with general site duties during quieter periods
- Own transport
