What the job actually is
You'll work in a two-person team delivering and assembling Furl furniture in customers' homes — often up and down several flights of stairs. It's a full white-glove service, not a drop-and-go. You're the last human touchpoint on a product designed to bring calm into someone's home, so how you show up matters as much as what you deliver.

Must have
- 25 or over (insurance requirement)
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable lifting and moving large items
- Within easy commute of Watford
Nice to have
- Van driving experience
- Previous work inside customers' homes
- Confidence with basic tools (full training given either way)
